Job Overview:
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team and be the face of Little Wolf Automotive. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure customer satisfaction in this location.
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Schedule customer vehicle repairs.
- Perform data entry tasks to update customer records and information.
- Maintain a high level of phone etiquette while interacting with customers.
- Communicate effectively in English. Bilingual is a plus, but not required.
- Assisting customers with rides to and from Little Wolf Automotive.
- Complete Quality Control Test Drives
- Completing courtesy car inspections.
- Ability to Move automotive parts around the shop.
- Consistently lifting/carrying 50lbs or more.
- Ability to complete Light Automotive Repair.
- Reporting inventory bi-annually for company records and team.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a customer service role.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Familiarity with sales techniques is a plus.
- Outstanding phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to assist/understand Light Automotive Repair.
- Ability to use and understand code readers
- Ability to lift/Move 50lbs consistently.
