Responsibilities:
This position manages the culinary and production activities within a small food production environment, managing and training the production staff. Provide the leadership to ensure that finished goods are timely produced to specifications, while meeting product quality, food safety and cost targets. Develop professional culinary processes, production expansion, process improvement and growth. Work with packaging, packing and warehouse departments to ensure delivery of finished goods.
Requirements
- BA or AS Culinary.
- 5+ years of progressive culinary leadership experience in a high-volume catering or commissary operation.
- Managing and training culinary team.
- Understanding of HACCP principles on food safety.
- ServSafe certified.
