· Review AP invoices and provide account codes, as needed, to monitor grant expenditures.
· Run payroll biweekly - experience with Goco a plus
· Assist with running reports for cash flow projections.
· Prepare budget and expense analysis as requested.
· Ensure appropriate supporting documents for all grants and contracts are maintained in an organized and audit able manner, electronically and in paper form, as needed.
· Assist with all funder site visits and audits and with agency year-end financial audits and desk reviews.
· Assist the Fiscal Manager in preparing the Grants and Contracts revenue and operating budget, as requested.
· Record cash deposits
· Prepare financial reports to funders as required.
· Assist in monitoring staff time allocations to projects.
