Full Job Description

Universal Energy Solutions is a leading energy solutions provider, and we are seeking an Entry Level Account Manager to join our team. As an Entry Level Account Manager, you will play a key role in managing client relationships and contributing to the growth of Universal Energy Solutions. Responsibilities: -Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing client accounts as their primary point of contact. -Understand client needs and requirements to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. -Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. -Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and customer service, to ensure successful implementation of energy solutions. -Provide regular updates and reports on client activities, sales opportunities, and revenue forecasts. Requirements: -Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. -Prior experience in account management is a plus, but not required. -Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients. -Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills. -Ability to work independently and as part of a team. -Highly organized and detail-oriented. -Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

Requirements
