Our client has been an industry and innovator in the world of bath, beauty, and wellness for over 50 years. They are seeking 2 (Two) remote National Account Managers (1 for Specialty Retailers, the other for Major Mass, Grocery, and/or Drug Channel Retailers.
Reporting to the SVP Sales, the National Accounts Manager is responsible for leading, developing, and managing their sales strategies and retailer relationships with major national accounts.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop National Accounts strategies to deliver assigned budget targets on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis
- Build and nurture strong sales partnerships with brokers and retailers,
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to support financial and budget planning
- Work with internal stakeholders for proposed plans; negotiate with accounts to achieve company's best position
