Full Job Description

The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The role involves site visits, management of work, and networking with both the team and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and assist in the planning and implementation of project tasks.

• Visit job sites to monitor progress and resolve on-site issues.

• Manage project resources, including personnel, finances, and materials.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for team members and clients.

• Ensure clear communication within the project team and with clients.

• Delegate tasks effectively, ensuring efficient use of time.

• Maintain project documentation and update all parties on progress.

• Identify and manage project risks and issues.

• Ensure compliance with industry standards and legal regulations.

• Conduct regular project reviews and report on project status.

• Maintain relationships with clients and other vendors.

Requirements

  • · Proven experience in project management. · 5 Years of project management experience in construction · Strong leadership and decision-making skills. · Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. · Good knowledge of project management methods and tools. · Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. · Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities. · Proficiency in project management software. · A bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred. · Certification in project management is a plus.
