Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and assist in the planning and implementation of project tasks.
• Visit job sites to monitor progress and resolve on-site issues.
• Manage project resources, including personnel, finances, and materials.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for team members and clients.
• Ensure clear communication within the project team and with clients.
• Delegate tasks effectively, ensuring efficient use of time.
• Maintain project documentation and update all parties on progress.
• Identify and manage project risks and issues.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and legal regulations.
• Conduct regular project reviews and report on project status.
• Maintain relationships with clients and other vendors.
Requirements
- · Proven experience in project management. · 5 Years of project management experience in construction · Strong leadership and decision-making skills. · Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. · Good knowledge of project management methods and tools. · Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. · Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities. · Proficiency in project management software. · A bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred. · Certification in project management is a plus.
