Requirements


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their success and satisfaction with the company's products or services
  • Act as the main point of contact for customers, addressing any inquiries, issues, or concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide guidance and support to customers in utilizing the company's products or services to achieve their business goals
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling to existing customers
  • Monitor customer usage and engagement to proactively identify and address any potential issues or opportunities for improvement
  • Assist in the recruitment process by identifying and attracting top talent to join the company
  • Utilize performance marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention
  • Leverage e-commerce knowledge to optimize the customer experience and drive sales
  • Utilize marketer experience to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in English
  • Full-time availability (30-40 hours per week)
  • Experience in customer success management, recruiting, e-commerce, and performance marketing
  • Dedication to providing exceptional customer service and support
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Proven track record of driving customer success and satisfaction
  • Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and tactics
  • Ability to work in the Central European Time (CET) timezone
  • Previous experience in the digital industry, particularly with Digitsonly or similar companies, is a plus
