Job Overview:
Curenta is looking for a highly motivated, results-oriented Sales Director to spearhead revenue growth in the AI and B2B markets. This role requires a visionary leader with the ability to craft and execute strategic sales plans, cultivate strong client relationships, and inspire a high-performing sales team. Requirements
Sales Director, Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales team to drive revenue growth in line with Curenta’s strategic objectives for the AI and B2B sectors.
- Develop and execute lead generation strategies to build a consistent sales pipeline, identifying new business opportunities and fostering relationships with prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring their needs are consistently met with Curenta’s solutions.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment between sales strategies and product offerings.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust strategies and stay ahead in a competitive landscape.
- Drive business development efforts by identifying new sales opportunities, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
- Provide sales forecasts and reports to executive leadership, offering insights into sales performance and market trends.
- Train, mentor, and guide the sales team to improve their performance and drive growth.
- Represent Curenta at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance the company’s market presence.
- Analyze and optimize the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and prospecting to contract signing, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness at every stage.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; a Master’s degree or MBA is a strong advantage.
- 8+ years of experience in B2B sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership or director-level position, preferably in the AI or technology sector.
- 7+ years of experience in selling Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth in a competitive market.
- Deep understanding of B2B sales strategies, including lead generation, sales cycle management, pipeline building, and closing large deals.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a sales team to achieve and exceed goals.
- Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships, with experience in negotiating and closing high-value contracts.
- Analytical and strategic mindset, with the ability to analyze sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to optimize strategies.
- Experience collaborating closely with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment between sales efforts and business goals.
- Experience in creating and executing sales playbooks and intricate processes.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to represent the company at industry events and conferences.
- Experience in engaging and selling to C-suite executives and key stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales forecasting tools to track performance and provide actionable insights.
