Nedelcu & Company, a leading management consulting firm specializing in executive search and leadership consulting, is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Customer Success Manager to join our team. With a strong focus on delivering exceptional executive search and leadership consultancy services, we strive to exceed client expectations and contribute to their success.

As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and driving customer loyalty. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, working closely with them to understand their needs, address concerns, and promote the value of our services.

In addition, you will collaborate with internal teams to coordinate the onboarding process, provide training, and effectively communicate client feedback. Your strong interpersonal skills, business acumen, and customer-centric mindset will be key to your success in this role.


Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure their success and satisfaction.
  • Proactively engage with clients to understand their needs, address concerns, and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate the onboarding process and ensure seamless implementation of services.
  • Provide training and support to clients, ensuring they effectively utilize our services and achieve their business goals.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, advocating for their needs and sharing feedback with internal teams to drive product and service improvements.
  • Manage and resolve client escalations in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and metrics to measure client satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

  • Prior experience as a Customer Success Manager or in a similar customer-facing role.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other customer success tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
