Full Job Description

The Solution Engineer is responsible for presenting product offerings and architecture in the best light to prospects and customers, to inspire confidence in A2mac1's technology infrastructure, and to remove technical hurdles in the sales and adoption cycle.

TASKS & RESPONSABILITIES

 

The Solution Engineer/ Architect is pivotal in promoting A2mac1's SaaS products and platforms, instilling confidence in our technology, and navigating technical challenges during sales and implementation. This role demands a mix of technical know-how and sales skill, focusing on understanding client requirements, crafting and presenting tailored technical sales strategies and solutions, and illustrating their value.


In this role, you will spotlight our innovative SaaS solutions to both prospects and current clients, tailoring them to meet specific business needs. The goal is to showcase the unique benefits of our solutions in solving client problems, ensuring seamless integration with existing operations, and highlighting the return on investment, positioning you as a trusted technical advisor.


Your responsibilities include conducting thorough needs analysis, leveraging your expertise to recommend solutions, discussing best practices to facilitate adoption, prototyping solutions, and driving customer success.

 

Key responsibilities include:
                                                                          

·        Evangelizing the value of A2mac1’s offering to customers (including C- ­level execs, Engineering, Purchasing and Product Management).

·        Assessing how business process and operations are impacted by technology.

·        Presenting and addressing findings including key pain points, proposed solutions to meet. business needs and maximize ROI.

·        Contributing to the development of a technical sales strategy.

·        Proposing solution architectures supporting end-to-end business processes, in partnership with business and technical stakeholders.

·        Prototyping and demonstrating solutions and workflows.

·        Delivering enablement activities (e.g. webinars).

·        Working closely with sales, Customer Engagement Managers, and R&D teams to provide the right solutions, building trust and credibility with customers.

KEY MEASURES & INDICATORS

·        Number of customer engagements and customized demos delivered.

·        Sales quota achieved

 

PROFILE REQUIRED

·  5 years+ professional experience

·  Excellent demo & presentation skills, good listener, problem solver

·  Solution mindset rather than problem mindset.

·  Experience with Manufacturing and/or Automotive.

·  Programming experience.

·  Cloud and SaaS experience.

·  Workflow / BPM integration experience.

·  Knowledge of corporate IT systems and processes, including security and compliance

·  Experience with one or more of the following solutions: PLM, CAD, ERP.

·  Domestic travel is required.
