Our platform provides subsidized medically tailored meals and healthy grocery delivery at reduced costs, or even free, through partnerships with insurance companies, governments, universities, non-profits, and employers.
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager at Tangelo, you will play a key role in launching, managing and growing relationships with our existing customers, ensuring their satisfaction and driving customer retention and loyalty.
Role Scope
- Develop, execute, and manage multi-stakeholder projects to launch new programs and clients
- Manage a portfolio of key accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, requests, and escalations
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within customer organizations
- Conduct regular check-ins with customers to ensure satisfaction, identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, and address any concerns or issues proactively
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including customer success, marketing, and operations, to drive customer satisfaction and achieve business goals
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers, providing guidance and recommendations on how to maximize the value and benefits of our products and services
- Monitor customer usage and engagement, and provide insights and recommendations to drive adoption and customer success
- Identify and pursue opportunities for business growth within existing accounts
- Prepare and deliver regular account reviews and reports to customers, showcasing the value and impact of our products and services
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market insights to inform customer strategies and initiatives
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or a related role, preferably in the healthcare or food industry
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Exceptional ability to manage multi-stakeholder complex projects
- Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both internal and external stakeholders
- Proven track record of managing and growing customer accounts
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including including quantitative analysis skills
- Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets, digital platforms, and marketing tactics
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other account management tools
- Passion for promoting health and wellness
- Availability to travel occasionally for client meetings or industry events
