Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products and services to clients.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues with professionalism and care.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our database.
  • Assist in processing orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met across the board.
  • Continuously seek to enhance the customer experience by gathering feedback and implementing improvements.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in a relevant field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a customer service role is highly desirable.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is an advantage.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.
