Test Operator

We are looking for a Test Rig Operator to join our growing team!

In this role, the ideal candidate will prepare, perform, and validate testing activities.

- Ensure all tests are carried out in an efficient manner and validate the tests.

- Minimize the installation time as well as optimize test cycle efficiency in test cells.

- Produce useful data for engineering and follow up activities in the test facilities to establish relevant KPI s.

On an experienced level they will apply practical knowledge typically obtained through education and work experience. They will be:

- Self-sufficient, take lead on own tasks and be able to work/plan independently.

- Self-driven proactive engagement with learning opportunities and ongoing experienced development.

- Hone in on skills in home discipline whilst growing a more general, broader view of wider TD/BA system.

Summary: The Bench Operator will be versed in rack and stack procedures as well as have fine-tuned electrical test skills and capabilities. Knowledge and ability to set up and maintain integrity of test fixtures and know the basic process for testing. Trouble shooting aptitude for verification is necessary for success in this position.

Job Responsibilities:

• Support test development engineers with bench test fixtures and test jigs as needed
• Provide basic test development and diagnostics support on ATE.
• Assist in tester maintenance and handler set ups
• Provide instrumentation support in the lab
• Generate test programs on ASL 1000 series of ATE, and the JDI tester.
