What We’re Looking For:
At Energy Trust of Oregon, we are seeking an Operations Analyst who will play a vital role in enhancing our operational efficiencies and contributing to our overall mission of promoting energy efficiency and renewable energy. This position will focus on analyzing data, improving processes, and collaborating with various teams to drive our operational success.
This individual will ensure that our programs and processes are optimally designed to meet our strategic objectives.
What You'll Do:
- Conduct comprehensive analyses of operational data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Assist in the development of operational reports and dashboards to effectively communicate performance metrics.
- Support project management activities, including planning, execution, and monitoring of operational initiatives.
- Actively participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for operational innovations.
- Provide support for grant reporting and compliance processes.
- Identify and document best practices for operational functions across the organization.
- Conduct research on industry trends and best practices to inform operational strategies.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in all operations and project management activities.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Requirements
What You'll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations analysis, project management, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or similar.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and experience with data visualization tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
