Autonomous Vehicle Technical Test Operator

Royalty Staffing is currently hiring AV Technical Test Operators in the Peachtree Corners for our client who is a growing ride-hailing company, to help with executing testing and data collection while driving company vehicles. The ideal candidate is a safe and experienced driver, highly organized, attentive to detail, and customer-oriented, with a passion for new technologies. Our client values safety first and foremost, including implementation of and adherence to COVID-19 protocols to maintain a healthy environment for all employees.

Days and hours

Mon-Friday - schedule options between 7am-7pm

30-40 hours per week

Responsibilities:

• Interact on a daily basis with passengers and the (test and validation) T&V teams.

• Execute test cases by driving and following the test instructions.
• Provide valuable feedback on vehicle performance, identifying areas for improvement in vehicle feel, comfort, and overall user experience.
• Conduct thorough daily safety checks of vehicles, ensuring they meet all operational standards.
• Clean the interior and exterior of vehicles at regular intervals or as needed.
• Operate according to traffic safety procedures and company driving protocols.
• Report any safety concerns or incidents promptly and accurately.
• Other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license 
• 3+ years driving experience, with a clean driving record 
• Comfort and proficiency with driving autonomous vehicles
• Methodical and process-oriented
• Organized and able to document daily summaries
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure
• Physical ability to lift 30lbs regularly
• A technical background working with electronics, mechanical components, or computers is a plus
