Driver/ Autonomous Vehicle and Test Operator

We are currently seeking a Driver/Autonomous Vehicle and Test Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating autonomous vehicles and conducting various tests to ensure their performance and safety. You will also play a key role in supporting the development and improvement of autonomous driving technology.

Responsibilities:

• Operate autonomous vehicles during testing phases, following established procedures and safety protocols
• Perform test scenarios and collect data on vehicle performance, including sensors, control systems, and overall functionality
• Report any issues or malfunctions encountered during testing to the appropriate teams for further investigation and resolution
• Assist in the development and refinement of test plans and procedures
• Collaborate with engineers and technicians to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance on test vehicles to ensure their proper functioning
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and protocols

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license 
• 3+ years driving experience, with a clean driving record 
• Comfort and proficiency with driving autonomous vehicles
• Methodical and process-oriented
• Organized and able to document daily summaries
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure
• Physical ability to lift 30lbs regularly
• A technical background working with electronics, mechanical components, or computers is a plus

Mon-Fri, schedule options between 7am-7pm, 30-40 hours per week

Pay Rate = $22 per hour
