The Quality Specialist should be an experienced Construction or Engineering Professional who is able to review our projects to verify they meet all necessary requirements before they are turned over to the client. The Quality Specialist will be responsible for performing scheduled audits and random spot inspections of the work in progress, the final/finished product and project quality document control to verify these items have been completed in compliance with all applicable codes, standards, plans and specifications, and meets customer requirements and expectations. The Quality Specialist should be thorough and observant with an eye for detail.

The Quality Improvement Specialist provides support within the County's mental health system by ensuring quality services and compliance with state laws and regulations. Reporting to the Manager of Program Support Services, the QI Specialist collaborates with staff and supervisors to update procedures. The position requires relevant experience in a mental health setting and strong communication skills. Other duties as assigned by the Manager may also be required.

• Assist the Manager of Regulatory Affairs during cGMP, Environmental, and Regulatory audits.
• With the assistance of Head of R&D (or designee), create and collate product master files (dossiers), drug master files (DMF).
• Generate and Review of Product CoCs, CoAs, CoMs, BSE documents, CMR documents, RM Certificate of Analysis, Safety Data Sheet, technical documents, RM composition breakdown, as may be required for local and international submissions.
• Generate Raw Material Regulatory statement: Origin Statement, Cruelty Free statement, Heavy metal statement, Impurity statement, Food allergen statement, Fragrance allergen statement, Nitrosamine-free Statement.
