The People Operations Payroll & Benefits Specialist will be responsible for administrating payroll for hourly and salaried employees. The primary focus of this role is ensuring timely and accurate payroll processes, people data management, and key benefits administration in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. This is a cross-functional role providing customer service support to managers and personnel in addition to record-keeping, file maintenance, and reporting.
