Employee resignation results in our redesign of an existing position and its move to the Controller's office. Our hire will prepare and perform duties that generate a biweekly payroll for 600+ union/nonunion positions up to the point of final review, transmission, and related tax reporting/filing; supervise maintenance of required records; ensure preparation of reports and data as needed and in accordance with applicable employer policies and procedures; ensure compliance with all required federal, state, and local laws and regulations; uphold accuracy and real-time maintenance of employee database, timekeeping system, and assigned fields within payroll system.
