Order Processor

Manufacturing and Distribution Ecommerce B2B and B2C company seeking experienced Order Processor Responsibilities include:

• Receiving and Processing All Orders: Order Processor receives orders from customers through various channels, such as: website, phone, email or fax- responsible to log into computer and print, log and pick and pack orders
• Picking and Packing: Order Processor pulls all orders, labels products, boxes, weighs and prepares customer orders for shipments throughout the day
• Processing Orders: Ensures that orders are accurate and processed in a timely manner
• Receiving Stock and Inventory: Receives in all deliveries from various shippers - entering receipt of goods and pulling backorders/new orders from stock. Properly putting away remaining stock on warehouse shelves

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform all duties relating to the processing of customer orders with a high degree of accuracy (orders range from basic stock to highly configured)
• Convert an order from a quote or excel sheet to a sales order in company’s ERP system and ensure completeness and accuracy

• Verify that all items in the order are in stock

• Knowledge of common substitutions for items not in stock; able to verify with leaders accordingly

• Work with procurement department to determine ETA for any order items not in stock

SUMMARY

The Order Processor is responsible for reviewing orders, inputting them into our system, and then processing the orders; ensuring the shipment is fulfilled properly and delivered on-time. This position will collaborate with carriers and customers to coordinate pick-up, monitor delivery dates, keep track of inventory levels, and communicate supply needs to leadership when needed.

The Order Processor supports our HRI division (Hotel, Restaurants, and Institutions) division and requires someone with strong customer service skills to service clients daily.

This position reports to the manager of Retail Order Processing.
