Full Job Description
Manufacturing and Distribution Ecommerce B2B and B2C company seeking experienced Order Processor Responsibilities include:
- Receiving and Processing All Orders: Order Processor receives orders from customers through various channels, such as: website, phone, email or fax- responsible to log into computer and print, log and pick and pack orders
- Picking and Packing: Order Processor pulls all orders, labels products, boxes, weighs and prepares customer orders for shipments throughout the day
- Processing Orders: Ensures that orders are accurate and processed in a timely manner
- Receiving Stock and Inventory: Receives in all deliveries from various shippers - entering receipt of goods and pulling backorders/new orders from stock. Properly putting away remaining stock on warehouse shelves
- Supplies: Keeping shipping supplies fully stocked
SKILLS: Typing, computer knowledge, communications, shipping software, receiving, inventory knowledge, customer service.
Duties will evolve into a Customer Service Invoicing role to include: Invoicing customers, answering phones and emails and using the Shipping program to process labels for shipping customer orders with Pay increase.
Monday - Friday - 8:00am - 4:30pm
Starting Pay: $16.50 per hour
