Full Job Description
A well established national Title Insurance firm is looking for an experienced (min 2-3 yrs) Title Customer Service Officer for their Queens/LI location.

This position requires the following:
1. Strong organizational skills;
2. Good knowledge of calculating NY rates.
3. Good interpersonal skills;
4. Excellent computer skills – knowledge of Word; Excel and Outlook. TrackerPro a plus.
5. Process new orders
Requirements
Position Requirements:
- At least 2 years of related title experience preferred
- Good analytical and documentation skills
- Attention to detail, professionalism, organized and ability to prioritize
- Proactive Problem-solver
- Ability to multi-task and work quickly but accurately
- Strong, positive, and quality-focused customer service skills
- Strong communication skills via email, phone, and in-person, including proper grammar and spelling
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with Ramquest title production software is a plus
