Position Overview
Serving as a member of the Marketing and Communications team, the Marketing and Events Manager will play a pivotal role in promoting the Community Foundation’s mission through strategic marketing initiatives and well-executed events, including the organization’s community-wide giving event, Mohawk Valley Gives.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Create and maintain a master marketing and events calendar in coordination with Marketing and Communications team members highlighting both existing and upcoming projects, events, deliverables, and timelines
- Guide the vision, direction and successful completion of Community Foundation events in coordination with primary team leads (e.g., awards ceremonies, donor appreciation events, webinars, group convenings, Mohawk Valley Gives [see below], and other events).
