Marketing Event Program Manager

As a Marketing Event Program Manager, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product, to develop event strategies, manage logistics, and ensure seamless execution. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of event planning, including budget management, vendor coordination, content development, and promotion. Your creativity, attention to detail, and strong project management skills will be crucial in driving successful marketing events.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute event marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and enhance customer engagement
• Develop and manage event project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resources
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all event logistics are planned and executed smoothly
• Manage event budgets, track expenses, and provide regular reports to stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop event content, including presentations, collateral, and promotional materials
• Manage event registration and attendee management processes
• Coordinate with external vendors, including venues, catering services, AV suppliers, etc.
• Oversee event promotion and communication efforts to drive attendance and engagement
• Measure and analyze event performance, providing insights and recommendations for future improvements

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in event marketing or related roles
• Demonstrated success in planning and executing marketing events
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with event management software or CRM systems
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Flexibility to travel and work outside of regular office hours as needed
• Prior experience in the computer software industry is preferred
