General Summary:

Responsible for general aspects of maintenance required to maintain the interior and exterior of the properties managed by Kleemax Properties. The maintenance technician works directly with the Maintenance Supervisor to ensure work orders, apartment turns, preventative maintenance, etc. are done in a safe and timely manner.
