Tennis Maintenance Technician

• This position prepares the tennis facility for use by following a facility checklist; areas include tennis courts, grounds, and building.
• The maintenance person operates a golf cart with court brush pull behind, a blower and other equipment needed to maintain our tennis courts.
• This person is required to keep windscreens neat and tight on all fences; keep outdoor patios, steps and walkways clean;
• Keep all gutters and drains free from debris; organizes sheds; maintain interior and exterior lighting; and ensure towels are available for members and guest use.

Requirements

• Qualified candidates must have the ability to read and write and have good organizational and time management skills.
• The position involves continuous standing, walking, bending, lifting, pulling, pushing and squatting, and requires the frequent use of light machinery and handheld tools.
• This is an outdoor position and will be subject to extreme temperatures.
• Candidates must also be able to frequently lift objects weighing more than 20 lbs.
