Director of Outpatient Services

We are looking for an experienced Director of Outpatient services for our 118-bed behavioral health hospital in Georgetown, Texas. The Director of Outpatient Services will be responsible for the development and implementation of Georgetown Behavioral Health Institute's outpatient services by administering a comprehensive program that responds to the community's needs and supports the hospital's overall mission, philosophy, and goals. Responsible for coordinating all patient services and retaining quality personnel through hiring, training, and constant evaluation of programming.

The Director of Outpatient Services develops and administers a comprehensive outpatient program that responds to the community needs and supports San Antonio Behavioral Healthcare Hospital overall mission, philosophy, and goals. In summary, the Director manages all activities involving outpatient referrals from initial call through completion of treatment plans, coordinating caseloads, developing and managing the outpatient staff, and marketing the program.
