Director of Clinical Services

The Director of Clinical Services is responsible for developing, planning, coordinating and administering social services.

The essential duties of the Director of Clinical Services include:

• Oversees the provision of social services to patients requesting or requiring such services.
• Coordinates social services programs with other organizational programs in cooperation with the interdisciplinary teams involved.
• Serves as a resource and referral source for patients, physicians, staff and general community.
• Provides in-service training for social service staff and other employees as needed.
• Conducts psychosocial assessments to document history and identify preliminary issues for treatment focus by interviewing the patient and their family members.
