Job Title: Clinical Director – Autism Services
Location: Jupiter, FL.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a Clinical Director to lead and manage autism therapeutic services. The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, develop staff, and ensure high-quality, evidence-based care for individuals with autism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage operations, budgets, and service sustainability.
• Hire, train, and supervise therapeutic staff.
• Oversee professional development, internships, and observerships.
• Collaborate with schools and external providers for comprehensive care.
• Support grant writing and funding initiatives for growth.
• Conduct classroom and service observations to maintain quality.

• Campus-based and community work.
• Flexible schedule with occasional evening/weekend hours.
• Business casual attire.

Requirements

Key Skills:

• Dual Certification (SLP + BCBA/BCBA-D) or PsyD/PhD with BCBA/BCBA-D
• Expertise in Autism Therapeutic Interventions
• Behavioral and Communication Assessments
• Leadership in Multidisciplinary Teams
• Proficiency in Evidence-Based Practices
• Insurance Credentialing and Billing Experience
