We are currently seeking a highly organized and efficient Dental Scheduling Coordinator to join our team! As a Dental Scheduling Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our Office.

Responsibilities:

• Schedule and confirm appointments
• Coordinate with patients regarding their treatment plans
• Manage and update patient records in Dentrix
• Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care
• Handle administrative tasks such as answering phone calls and managing patient inquiries

Requirements

2 years experience as a dental scheduling coordinator, or similar role

Strong organizational and communication skills

Knowledge of Dentrix and record-keeping systems

Attention to detail and ability to multitask

Strong customer service skills, excellent phone skills
