As a Customer Care Associate, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer support to our enterprise customers and their employees. Your main objective will be to provide prompt and accurate responses to incoming inquiries, resolve or refer associated issues, and balance ongoing programs and events. Additionally, you will be trained to have a strong understanding of our databases and products and contribute to internal communications, documentation, and notes. You will also utilize various systems and software to troubleshoot, identify, and escalate customer issues, and collaborate on end-user solutions to meet our customers' fundamental survey needs.
