Sales Associate

1 Stop Vapor is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to bring new customers to our company . Someone who is capable of cold calling retail stores and making them new customers. In time may be asked to go out locally and find new accounts. Preferably someone who is outgoing, personable, and who has had or understands cold selling. As a leading supplier of alternative items in the continental U.S., We pride ourselves on providing quality products and excellent customer service. Our company operates at a steady pace, with Mondays being our busiest day due to weekend closures. We foster an easy-going family environment where employees work together and support one another. Some paid holidays immediately and after 6 months probationary period paid vacation. Hourly pay + commission.

Responsibilities

• Create new customers accounts
• Provide product knowledge and assistance to customers in selecting the right items.
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, promotions, and special offers.
• Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure order fulfillment meets customer expectations.
• Sign new accounts
• Work with retail store owners
• Communicate with Store managers and others inside company.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales and customer relations preferred.
• Knowledge of vaping products and accessories is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Must be reliable and punctual.
• Self Motivated
• Ability to work alone and with a team

Benefits

$15.00 an hour starting + Commission
