1 Resource Group is currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to fill the position of Parts Coordinator with experience in heavy equipment parts in Lavergne, TN. This is a direct hire position with great benefits offered. As a Parts Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support for our parts department.
Responsibility
- Maintains adequate parts inventory for machines in area of responsibility. Reorders as necessary.
- Maintains a research cross-reference file to identify parts correctly. Obtains prices on special parts and assemblies from the Research Analyst at the headquarters office.
- Furnishes customers with recommended parts inventory.
- Trains customers in the use of parts catalogs and PSO cards.
- Keeps record of all parts assigned to field service mechanics and returns all unused parts for a specific job to inventory.
