• Managing the configuration and operation of the enterprise infrastructure alerting system (Derdack) for event notifications
• Responsible for server and application maintenance including backups, failovers, upgrades, and patches
• Responsible for the overall health of the infrastructure alerting system and associated hardware

Purpose of the Position
