As an IT Help Desk Support Specialist you would be responsible for managing incoming help desk tickets and calls from 170+ clinics across the country. The successful candidate should be able to assist employees with IT issues in the office or questions on how to use IT systems, such as EMR, iPad applications, etc. This person should be highly organized and able to prioritize tasks based on level of importance.
