Full Job Description

OLI Outdoor is looking for a remote Customer Support Specialist to join our dedicated team. As a leading outdoor construction company, we take pride in creating exceptional outdoor spaces for our clients. The Customer Support Specialist will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and providing excellent support throughout the customer journey.

In this remote position, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. You will also collaborate closely with our sales and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, and has excellent communication skills.


Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries through various channels (phone, email, live chat, etc.)
  • Provide accurate information about our products and services
  • Assist customers with order placement, billing inquiries, and product support
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with sales and operations teams to address customer concerns
  • Maintain customer records and update databases with relevant information
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by exceeding expectations and providing exceptional service

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer support or related roles
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience with CRM software and knowledge of customer service best practices
