Job Description - FMB requires individuals with Navy business process expertise who can understand the end to end process, help identify problem areas, understand the nonfinancial side of datasets and help to address systemic issues so we can effectively perform budget execution (i.e. obligation) validation efforts. The ideal candidate would have experience within the following processes: Internal Controls, Financial Reporting, Government Accounting, Asset Valuation, Audit NFR Remediation, Controls and Risk Assessment

a) Provide high-level administrative support to a staff of approximately fifteen people and assure the

office runs smoothly on a daily basis.

b) Create a filing system for each contract, which includes the base contract, modifications and

amendments, invoice tracking, and close-out documentation.

c) Maintain and provide monthly updates of the financial accounting status reports for all active

contracts for the construction program to assist NPS personnel with assuring contracts are performed

on time, within scope and within budget.
