Full Job Description
Quattro Consulting, an operating firm of Command Holdings, is seeking a Financial Systems Analyst to serve on a fully funded effort supporting the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) as they upgrade their current SAP version (ECC) to SAP S4/HANA.
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Supporting and implementing the migration of SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA.
- Assisting with the evaluation of software products for Budget Planning Simulation, procurement integration and other modules that integrate with S/4HANA and performing analysis of alternatives.
- Providing functional systems expertise.
- Assisting with the development of key design decision documentation.
- Assisting with the accurate documentation of current core finance processes while ensuring functional and systems requirements are specified to meet S/4HANA financial system standards.
- Assisting in analysis sessions to evaluate current business processes in SAP ECC in preparation for S/4HANA financial systems architecture and proposed product offerings.
- Assisting with the development of proposed systems architecture design.
- Assisting in designing or modifying system specifications and applications.
- Assisting with performing security profiling.
- Assisting in the development of functional and business process documentation.
- Supporting data conversion activities, including data cleansing.
- Performing data modeling and analysis.
- Providing business support through realization and deployment, including supporting user acceptance testing and training.
- Support development of documentation required to meet the IRS One SDLC.
Work Environment:
- Moderate noise (i.e. business office with computers, phone and printers) and /or occasional Loud noise (airfield, large equipment).
- Ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time.
Physical Demands:
- While performing the responsibilities of the job, the employee is required to sit, stand, talk, and hear.
- Employee is often required to sit and use their hands and fingers to operate a computer.

Travel:
- 11-20% / Occasional travel.

Requirements
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Three (3) years of relevant financial experience within the Federal Government, US Military or similar.
- Working knowledge of SAP, Oracle or Momentum.
- Ability to work independently or under general direction.
- Must be able to obtain sufficient security clearances to access IRS facilities, systems and Sensitive but Unclassified (SBU) information in the performance of the contract. US citizenship and full tax compliance are required to obtain staff like access.
- Ability to pass a federal background investigation including fingerprinting.
- Demonstrated proficiency in using all Microsoft Office applications.
- Outstanding communication skills, influencing abilities, and client focus.
- Professional proficiency in English is required.
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. Quattro Consulting will not sponsor applicants for work visas for this position.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of the current IRS systems environment.
- Prior experience working directly with the IRS.
- Direct experience using SAP, Oracle or Momentum in a federal government or US military setting.
