Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic, administrative assistant to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site position with expected hours M-F 8:30am-5pm.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for opening title files and logging title orders.
- Responsible for coordinating and scheduling real estate closings with agents and clients.
- Arranges pickup and delivery of closing packages and documents.
- Ordering Special Assessment Letters.
- Recording legal documents as required.
- Provide Closing Services when needed
- All other administrative duties as assigned by manager.
Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required
- Ability to manage multiple tasks
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work with confidential information and data
- Knowledge of office equipment (computers, fax machine, printers, telephone systems)
- Strong computer skills - including Microsoft Office, Internet and other
Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Prior title insurance or real estate experience preferred
- Administrative assistant experience preferred.
