About The Role

In this role, you'll be instrumental in driving new revenue through the adoption of our innovative recruiting technology solutions by enterprise organizations.

What You'll Do

Pipeline Ownership

  • Take ownership of the sales cycle end-to-end for high-impact Enterprise accounts in North America.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, targeting decision makers in the recruiting technology sector.
  • Ensure data accuracy in your pipeline and maintain a disciplined schedule to drive efficiency and meet quota.

Prospect Engagement

  • Cultivate and nurture relationships with Enterprise prospects, understanding their unique talent acquisition needs.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless prospect experience from initial engagement to customer activation.

Sales Process Optimization and Prospect Advocacy

  • Work closely with marketing and partnerships to accelerate pipeline growth and maximize deal size while minimizing time-to-close.
  • Advocate for prospects, gathering feedback to enhance the sales process and influence product development.

Who You Are

  • 4+ years of SaaS sales experience with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding quota.
  • Demonstrated success in closing deals with senior decision makers in large enterprises (5000+ employees).
  • Highly organized and disciplined in managing your schedule and pipeline.
  • Adaptable and comfortable working in an early-stage startup environment.
  • Excellent presentation skills and intellectual curiosity.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and persuasively.
  • Tenacious and resilient in driving business closures.

Bonus Skills

  • Experience in HR Tech.
  • Recognition such as Presidents Club or Winner's Circle.
  • Previous experience selling to Talent Acquisition & HR executives.
  • Background in consulting or consultative selling.
