DBS Staffing Services, Inc. is currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part Time Administrative Assistant / Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a family-owned staffing company, DBS is dedicated to finding quality employment candidates and matching their talents to our clients' needs.

As a part-time Administrative Assistant / Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients and assisting with administrative tasks. This position offers flexible working hours and is ideal for individuals looking to gain experience in both customer service and administrative roles. Work hours are Monday to Friday for 5-6 hours a day, with flexible schedules opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, email, and faxes
  • Posting checks and working on accounts receivables
  • Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining records
  • Provide administrative support to team members and clients

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
