As a Capture Manager at Ampsight, you will be responsible for leading the capture efforts for various federal contracts. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop winning strategies and drive successful business pursuits. Your engaging communication style and ability to build relationships will be crucial in this role.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the full lifecycle of capture activities, from opportunity identification to proposal submission.
- Develop and execute capture strategies and tactics to maximize win probability.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify target clients and competitors.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling solutions and win themes.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and industry partners.
- Prepare and present capture status updates to senior leadership.
- Participate in proposal development and review processes.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in federal capture management or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of the federal procurement process and regulations.
- Proven track record of successfully capturing federal contracts.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
