Position Overview

Are you looking for a rewarding role where your organizational skills can make a real difference in people's lives? Our assisted living community is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our dedicated team part-time for up to 16 hours per week. In this role, you'll be the heartbeat of our administrative operations, directly contributing to the purposeful living of our cherished residents. Here's how:

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’ degree preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Basic accounting knowledge and experience with financial transactions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience with customer service and professional interaction with clients/residents
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with office equipment (e.g., printers, copiers, fax machines)
  • Adaptability to learn new software systems quickly
  • Discretion when handling confidential information
  • Ability to work independently
  • Enthusiastic, supportive and proactive
  • Ability to read and speak English
