You’ll play a pivotal role in supporting the success of our Executive Chair, Vice Chair, and CEO and will be exposed to various aspects of the business. This role goes beyond the traditional administrative tasks. You’ll be a strategic partner anticipating the needs and proactively solving problems before they arise.
On an average day, you'll...

- Manage the flight schedule of the company aircraft, and keep accurate records.
- Prioritize and review email correspondence, ensuring timely and efficient communication.
- Research and make travel plans for both domestic and international travel, considering cost, convenience, and travel policies.
- Manage incoming calls, identifying the caller’s needs and directing the calls to the appropriate person, or screening them out to minimize business interruptions.
- Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering information and attending to logistics of meetings.
The team you will be joining:
- Human Resources: The members of our Human Resources team play a vital role in helping us build on the productive, welcoming and collaborative atmosphere here at OnLogic. By finding, interviewing and helping select who joins our growing team, our HR team is incredible at finding the right fit for a given role. They also help us all stay informed, healthy and, of course, paid. "Human Resources" feels too old fashioned to describe what this team does, they're truly responsible for "Employee Success" and help build the entire "People Experience" here at OnLogic.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or comparable relevant experience.
- 5+ years with a proven track record of supporting C-Suite team members.
- Ability to clearly communicate ideas, decisions and rationale to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience in an executive assistant role at a rapidly scaling organization.
- Excellent organization and time management skills.
- Ability to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
Who we're looking for:
- You can see the work and can anticipate needs based on the context and situation.
- You're comfortable analyzing situations, weighing options, and making sound decisions that align with the overall vision.
- You're a self-starter who takes ownership of your work and thrives in a fast paced environment.
- You’re able to handle multiple priorities simultaneously and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
- You are detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable seeking out the information you need to solve a problem.
- You are able to work with multiple stakeholders and create a detailed project plan to ensure deadlines are met.
- You enjoy collaborating with many different people - employees, customers, and vendors.
