Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Client Experience Manager. As a Client Experience Manager at Pressed Floral, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing and optimizing our clients' journey with our company. Your focus will be on understanding and addressing client needs through empathy, innovation, and strategic problem-solving. You will lead the Client Care team, streamline processes across the board, and collaborate with various departments to ensure an exceptional client experience across all touch points. This multifaceted role involves client care leadership, process optimization, cross departmental collaboration, and problem solving. This role is compensated hourly and according to experience ($21-$24/hour).

• Empathetic approach with the ability to understand and address client needs effectively.
• Experience with client communication styles and journey mapping.
• Proficiency in using customer service platforms.
• Strong collaborative skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
