Virtual Assistant managing Personal Injury Leads with Lead Docket Software

Mike Lombardi Law Firm LLC is looking for a proactive and organized Virtual Assistant to manage Personal Injury Leads using Lead Docket Software. In this role, you will be responsible for tracking, organizing, and nurturing personal injury leads to ensure optimal follow-up and conversion into clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize Lead Docket Software to manage and track personal injury leads
• Input, update, and maintain accurate client information in the system
• Follow up with leads via phone and email to nurture relationships and encourage conversions
• Assist in the preparation of reports and analytics on lead performance
• Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation strategies
• Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings for the legal team
• Provide administrative support as needed to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

Prior experience in a similar role, preferably in a legal or personal injury setting

Familiarity with Lead Docket Software or similar lead management tools

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

Proficient in using online communication and office tools

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
