In this role, you will be responsible for tracking, organizing, and nurturing personal injury leads to ensure optimal follow-up and conversion into clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize Lead Docket Software to manage and track personal injury leads
• Input, update, and maintain accurate client information in the system
• Follow up with leads via phone and email to nurture relationships and encourage conversions
• Assist in the preparation of reports and analytics on lead performance
• Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation strategies
• Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings for the legal team
