PCRK Group is headquartered in Phoenix, Arizona. We own and operate 131 different Massage Envy locations across 12 states, providing employment and career opportunities to massage therapists, estheticians, and more wellness workers and healing services for our clientele. We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team!

This role requires a business minded professional that understands how important people are to our work system and company. As the TA Coordinator your understanding of candidate relationships, effective communication and scheduling will work in favor of cohesively aligning our people toward all company goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Supports assigned workload for PCRK working with all platforms of our business
  • Assist and escalate to close all internal and external TA-related inquiries or requests. 
  • Daily management of job requisitions, interview scheduling, and candidate background checks.
  • Assist with the recruitment process by reviewing resumes candidates, performing reference checks.  
  • Schedule meetings, interviews, and TA events and maintain agendas. 
  • Produce and submit reports on general TA activity. 
  • Keeps up to date with the latest TA trends and best practices. 
  • Plays a pivotal role in creating and supporting the Company Culture. 
  • Support other assigned functions through all entities of the Company. 
  • Other TA tasks and projects as assigned.

Requirements

Qualified candidates will possess the following:

  • 2 years of recruiting administrative experience.
  • Enjoys a fast-paced environment and working as a team.
  • Enjoys problem solving and creating a positive experience for candidates and new hires.
  • Effective administration and people management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office and related business and communication tools.
  • Fantastic organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
