Talent Acquisition Consultant

Tiny Spoon Chef is seeking a 1099 contractor to assist with Talent Acquisition. As a Talent Acquisition Consultant, you'll take the lead in identifying and reviewing prospective candidates. This is a part-time position with a maximum amount of weekly hours set at 15. This seasonal associate will be required to provide a daily report to our Talent Acquisition Coordinator highlighting candidates sourced for that day.

Responsibilities

• Review resumes, cover letters, and other application materials to assess qualifications and suitability for the position.
• Actively seek out potential candidates and inviting them to apply for open positions through various channels such as job boards, social media, professional networking sites, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Proactively build and maintain talent pools or candidate databases for future hiring needs. Cultivate relationships with potential candidates to keep them engaged and interested in opportunities with the organization.

Requirements

• Two years of experience in recruitment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to work effectively independently.
• Understanding of relevant industry regulations and compliance standards.

This is a part-time position for the months of July through September only.

Pay range $17-20 per hour

Willing to discuss bonus compensation opportunities.
