Our Sales team is growing and looking for an enthusiastic Strategic Account Executive to join us! We hire in the following states: AZ, CO, FL, IA, KS, IL, MA, MI, MN, NC, NY, OR, PA, TX, UT, VA, WA, WI, TN.
The U.S. Healthcare industry is going through a transformation. In this role you will:
- Be responsible for a set of Top 100 Home Health Accounts that you will gain access through a variety of methods and provide innovative solutions for establishing new opportunity pipeline
- Consistently close new business while managing/growing existing relationships.
- Interface with and establish trust of C-Level Executives to understand their needs and constraints.
- Implement a Solution-Selling sales methodology where you're establishing the top initiatives facing an organization and marrying our services that will meet a clients need
- Provide a consultative approach with customers and prospects to understand organizational structure, key decision makers, procurement processes, IT systems, and document workflow.
- Develop ROI based proposals and be able to gain agreement from clients on ROI calculations.
- Create a constant flow of information sharing with other departments within the company such as business development, marketing, product, and content.
What you will need to succeed:
- 5-10 years of relevant sales or business development experience with proven success in prospecting, pipeline development, and managing complex sales structures.
- Proven experience selling into home health or similar medical fields with established relationships in this market.
- A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals with tenacity, integrity, accountability, and enthusiasm is crucial for success within the business development team.
- Highly motivated self-starter who enjoys strong cross-team collaboration with a focus on pre/post customer experience spanning MedBridge’s business development, product management, account management, and technical support teams.
- Experience with, and effective execution of, a complex, consultative solutions-based enterprise sales process.
- SaaS experience is required
- BS/BA degree or equivalent in relevant sales experience

Base Salary: $125k base
Because this role is eligible to participate in MedBridge's commission plan, it is common for employees in this role to receive total on-target earnings of $230k
At MedBridge, salary ranges are assigned to a job based on 3rd party salary benchmark surveys. Individual pay within this range is informed by the candidate's skills, capabilities and experience.
